Immigration Assistance

We cater to various clients who may need immigration and legal assistance in the following fields:


Skilled Workers: If you work as a professional or a tradesperson, we can assess if you are eligible for skilled migration.

Corporate Immigration Services:
For business owners who may wish to sponsor employees to work in Australia.

  • Under this stream, you may be eligible to be sponsored under the Temporary Skilled Shortage (Subclass 482). This allows businesses based either in Australia or overseas to sponsor workers for a temporary visa.
  • The Temporary Activity Subclass 408 visa is for people coming to Australia as an invited participant, on exchange with an Australian business, for sporting activities, as a religious worker, to work in the entertainment industry, for research activities with an Australian educational institution, or as part of a special program.
  • People working as an occupational trainee or as part of a professional development program may be eligible for the Training Visa under Subclass 407.

International Students: For those who may wish to study in Australia and may wish to stay in Australia once they have finished their studies.

Business: For those who wish to start a business in Australia and may have the necessary business experience.

Partner/Family: If you have a partner or a family member that you may wish to sponsor to live in Australia.

Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Application: If you have had your visa application refused, we can assist in the appeals process.

Working Holiday Makers: Information for individuals holding certain passports who may need assistance in obtaining a working holiday visa and their options once they finish the latter.

Federal Circuit Court/Federal Court Matters: If your AAT appeal is not successful, we can assist if there is ground of elevating your case before the courts.
